2 T. red curry paste2 T. dried fried shrimp18 ounces chicken300 grams string beans1 T. palm sugar1 T. fish sauce6 kaffir lime leaves1.5 T canola oil
Cut chicken into long, thin slices.
Wash beans, cut into 1 inch lengths if green beans, boil a few minutes, and remove from water.
Heat oil, add chilli paste and fry until fragrant, then add pork, sugar, fish sauce and yard long beans. Stir to mix. when done, add kaffir lime leaves, shredded.
