Slow Cooker Barbeque Beef

Ingredients
Ingredients:Beef, bottom sirloin, tri-tip roast, trimmed, 1.5 poundsOnions, raw, .5 medium choppedGreen Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped *Ketchup, Heinz, 1/2 cupTomato Paste, .5 can (6 oz) Brown Sugar, .25 cup, packed Cider Vinegar, 2 tbsp Chili powder, 1.5 tbsp *Lemon Juice, 1 TBSPMolasses, 1 tbsp Salt, 1 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tsp Ground Mustard .5 teaspoon
Directions
Place beef in a 5-qt. slow cooker. Add onion and pepper. In a bowl, combine the ketchup, tomato paste, brown sugar, vinegar, chili powder, lemon juice, molasses, salt, Worcestershire sauce and mustard.
Pour over beef mixture. Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours or until meat is tender.
