1 T Agave syrup3 tsp Instant coffee6 T nonfat powdered milk1 T unsweetened cocoa1/2 c cold waterIce
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. This is not a very sweet version (which I enjoy!) and it is basically a base recipe for making other coffee smoothies. Cinnamon or vanilla can be added, as well as protein powder to make it more filling if you like. The sky's the limit on this one!

Thank you for your critique....I'm new to this whole process of posting recipes and apologize for misrepresenting the recipe....wasn't my intention! I found the categories difficult to tag correctly. I will remove any tags that misinform....as well as re-educate myself on carbs! Again, very sorry
