Amanda's Chocolate Yummy

Ingredients

1c flour,whole wheat1 stick light butter (blue bonnet)1c pecans, chopped1pkg/8oz cream cheese, fat free1c sugar, powdered2 bx chocoolate pudding, sugar free/fat free3c milk, skim/fat free1 tub/8 oz cool whip, free
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix the flour, pecans, and butter(melt) in bowl. Put in to a baking pan (13.5"x9.75") pack/smuch in to the bottom forming into the crust. Put in to oven for 20 mins. Set aside and let the crust cool completely.
Mix the cream cheese(room tempature), powdered sugar, and a med size spoon of cool whip in to a bowl. (Easier if beaten)
Mix into bowl chocolate pudding and milk.
After the crust is completely cooled, layer the cream cheese mix on top of the crust. Next, layer the pudding mix on top of the cream cheese mix.
Before you spread the rest of the cool whip on top of the pudding mix, be sure to stir it so it's easier to spread.
Optional: Sprinkle shredded coconut, chopped pecans, candy sprinkles, etc. (Not in the calorie count)
Refrigrate for at least an hour.
Makes 20 2.5x2.5 sqaures.
