1 can black beans, rinsed2 eggs3 Tbs canola oil1/4 cup cocoa powder1 pinch salt1 tsp vanilla extract2/3 cup agave syrup1 tsp instant coffee (enhances the chocolate flavor)1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (if desired)
Grease an 8x8 baking dish
Combine all ingredients (except chips) in blender
Blend till smooth
Pour into baking dish
Cover with chocolate chips
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
