Shrimp Ceviche

Ingredients
Ingredients: Shrimp, raw, 20 small Imitation Crab Meat , 1 serving, choppedCucumber (peeled), .25 cup, pared, chopped Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped Red Ripe Tomatoes, .25 cup, dicedSerrano Peppers, .08 cup, chopped finelyLime Juice, 1 fl oz Salt, to tasteCilantro, raw, 1 tbsp Avocados, California (Haas), .5 fruit without skin and seeds
Directions
Best if prepared in morning or day before for best flavor.

Prepare all ingredients, minus the avocado, and place in large bowl together. Cover, place in fridge until well chilled.

Serve on bed of lettuce (or, if you are not doing low carb, a tostada), garnish with chopped avocado, Tapatio hot sauce and Crema Agria (Mexican Sour Cream). Delicious!
