Blended Salsa

2 Large Tomatoes, diced1 Sm onion, diced1 Chipotle Pepper, sliced with seeds, in 1 tsp adobo sauce4 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped5 cloves fresh garic1 C Bell Pepper, choppedSalt and Pepper to taste
Put onion and green pepper aside in a bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients together in a blender and mix to desired consistency (I like mine smooth). Add onion and green pepper- pulse until incorporated into the mix. Serve and enjoy!
If you like your salsa milder, remove the seeds from the chipotle pepper before blending.
