Ingredients
-2 cans of black beans, rinsed-1 cup of cane sugar, or .75 cup of cane sugar with a little bit of agave-3 tablespoons of plain greek yogurt-2 melted tablespoons butter-6 egg whites-1 cup unsweetened cocoa-1/2 bag of chocolate chips-your choice of frosting (I used whole foods gluten free)
Directions
Makes approximately 20 2"x2" squares.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Rinse black beans well and then mix all ingredients, EXCEPT chocolate chips and frosting, into a high speed blender or food processor.

Pour resulting batter into a greased pyrex pan and sprinkle with a half bag of chocolate chips (semisweet works best). Feel free to mix in the chips so they bake into the brownies.

Cook for 30-35 minutes or until JUST set in the middle. Let cool and then frost with your choice of frosting (or don't- they're delicious either way!). Enjoy, feeling (relatively) good about dessert!
