Low Carb Meatballs~ Great for the Atkins diet~

Ingredients
8 oz lean ground beef1/2 cup parmeson cheese ( grated )1 small egg1tsp italian seasoning1tsp garlic powder1tsp onion powderRoll into balls and place in nonstick baking panMake 6 large balls or 8 small meatballsNOTE..you can also stuff inside of bell peper and add a few tbsp of your favorite low carb pasta or pizza sauce and bake for 35 mins covered! ( I cut my peppers in half )These are Yummy!!***THE SERVINGS SIZE FOR LOW CARBERS IS THE WHOLE 8 OZ..PERPARED** So you can eat them all if you want =-)
Directions
Bake at 325 for 25 min covered with tin foil
Then remove foil and turn balls and bake for 10 more mins

*** NOTE I bake mine but you can fry them..
