Pasta & Zucchini casserole

-1 serving whole wheat pasta (Ronzoni Healthy Harvest)-Half a serving of ground turkey-Large zucchini (grated into long strips)-1 serving of tomato sauce (Hunt's)-Half serving shredded fat free mozzarella cheese-Reduced fat parmesan cheese-Spices (garlic salt, pepper, crushed red pepper, italian herbs)
Makes 1 serving
-Boil water (preheat oven to 400 while boiling water)
-Add whole wheat pasta
-When pasta is almost done, add in zucchini strips for about 3 minutes or until tender.
-Drain pasta/zucchini mix
-Put pasta/zucchini into casserole dish
-Add tomato sauce, ground turkey, sprinkle mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese all over the top.
-Add garlic salt, pepper, crushed red pepper, italian herbs
-Put in oven for about 10 mins or until cheese is melted
-remove and enjoy!!
