Asian Steak Marinade

Ingredients
2 tbsp Soy Sauce1 tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar1/4 tsp Dried Thyme1/4 tsp Black Pepper1 dash Salt1/4 tsp Garlic Powder1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a plastic bag or tupperware then shake, shake, shake!! Add meat and shake again! Prior to cooking, let marinade for 30 minutes to overnight. Don't forget to flip the meat over every hour if using a plastic bag. Cook steak according to directions, and enjoy!

Of course, all ingredients can be adjusted depending on your taste and/or dietary needs.

Makes enough marinade for about 8 oz of steak. I used 2 boneless beef sirloin filets.
