Ingredients

    1 lb sirloin
    3 tbsp lime juice
    1 tbsp fish sauce
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    1/2 tsp chile paste
    1 tsp sugar
    1 cucumber
    1/4 red onion
    1 c. halved grape tomatos
    2 tbsp cilantro
    2 tbsp mint
    2 scallions
    2 tbsp chopped roasted peanuts

Directions

Grill steak, approx 7-10 minutes per side. Let rest 7 slice.

mix next six ingredients, toss steak in sauce.

Chop veggies & herbs

Toss all together when ready to serve. Sprinkle with peanuts

    This required lots of chopping, but so worth the effort. Fresh and delicious with a big flavor punch. We used left over grilled steak from the night before. Great way to use leftovers! I plan to make this again and again! - 8/25/08
