White Bean & Avocado Spread

Ingredients
Avocados, California (Haas), 1 fruit without skin and seeds Cannallini Beans Goya, 1.75 cupGarlic, 2 cloves finely choppedExtra Virgin Olive Oil, 3 tbspLemon Juice, .25 cupBasil, 5 leaves Salt, Redmond All Natural Sea Salt, .5 tspPepper, black, 1 tsp
Directions
Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mash with a potato ricer or a good fork.

You can also add cumin.

To serve on a sandwich use a nice rustic bread with organic greens and tomato slices.
