Bean & rice salad

1 can mixed beans1 cup minute rice2 tomatoes1 green pepper1 red pepper1 onionCajun spice & balsamic vinegar (optional)
Directions
Prepare the rice.
Drain the can of mixed beans.
Cut veggies (thin).
Mix all together. Enjoy warm or cold.
