Jerk Chicken Taco's

Ingredients
1 Pound Ground Chicken1 Large Onion (Sweet Onion)1 Cup Green Bell Pepper1.5 tbsp Olive OilHatch Peeled Green Chilies (1 can)2 tbsp Shedd's Spread Country Crock Light2 tbsp Pampered Chef Jerk Chicken RubGarlic Powder, Salt, and Pepper to taste.
Directions
Dice onion and peppers, cook with the country crock. Salt and pepper to taste. Take off before they caramelize.
Cook the chicken with the jerk chicken rub in the olive oil until no longer pink. Be sure to chop it up well. Add the green chilies and onion/peppers to the chicken and mix well.
