Ingredients
*Flour, white, 1/2 cup *Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast, 16 oz (4 breasts 4 oz each)Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 3/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1/3 cup Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp Salt, 1/2 tsp Pepper, black, 1/4 tsp Lemon juice, 3 tbsp Butter, unsalted, 1/2 tbsp *Extra Light Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
Directions
pound chicken to 1/4 inch thickness
place flour in shallow bowl
beat eggs, parmesan,parsley, salt, and pepper in a separate small bowl until foamy.
heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat
roll chicken in flour to coat, then dip in egg mixture
place in skillet and cook til brown (about 3 minutes per side)
drizzle with lemon juice and cook 1 more minute...and enjoy!!
