Yellow Sweet Corn, 2 cans 15 oz black beans, 2 cans 15 oz Dark red kidney beans 2 cans 15 oz Garbanzo beans, 1can Rotel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, 2 cans 28 oz Tomatoes, Petite Cut Diced, No Salt Added, 1 can Taco Bell - Taco Seasoning Mix, 2 packets Water, bottled, 2 16-oz bottles
Put all ingredients except only ONE taco seasoning packet into slow cooker. Stir thoroughly and set temperature on low setting for 6-8 hours. Put second taco seasoning packet in crock, stir thoroughly and let cook another 30 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips, guacamole, vegan sour cream, salsa, vegan cheese.
