1 cup wheat flour 1 cup fatfree milk1 cup Albers corn meal 1 lg. egg1/4 cup brown sugar 1/3 cup conola oil1 Tbl. baking powder1 tsp. salt
Mix flour, corn meal, baking powder and salt together. Gentley beat egg. Add milk, egg, and oil to the corn meal mixture, mix well.
Bake at 375 for 15 min.
