Mushroom hummus wrap

Ingredients
1 Tbsp EV olive oil (Or cooking spray for less cals)1 tsp minced garlic2 Tbsp hummus1/2 cup red onions1 oz Feta cheese1 cup mushrooms1 Whole wheat tortilla
Directions
Sautee mushrooms, onions, garlic in olive oil (or cooking spray) until done to your liking. Add feta just before you remove from heat and toss. Spread hummus on tortilla. Put mushroom and onion mix on top of hummus. Wrap it up and enjoy.
