Crockpot Coconut Currey Chicken

Ingredients
5-6 Chicken Breasts1 can coconut milk1/2 cup fresh sliced mushrooms1 cup white wine (or apple juice)1 tsp. curry powder or paste1 cup chicken broth1-2 cups frozen peas and carrotssalt and pepper
Directions
Brown chicken and put in bottom of crock pot.
Mix sauce and pour over chicken
Place veggies on top, add mushrooms. Salt and pepper to taste.
Cook in crock pot all day.
