Ingredients
1 pounds 93% Lean Ground Beef, 5 *Potato, raw, small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) 2 cans *Green Giant Cut Green Beans, can, 1 can Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can Stewed Tomatoes, Canned, No salt, 1 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 1 cup *Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style, 1/4 cup Onions, raw, chopped 1 package of stew seasonings
Directions
Mix groundbeef, bread crumbs, egg beaters onions. In a bowl. Heat up skillet with PAM sprayed in the bottom. Use ice cream scoop or small spoon and spoon out small meat ball put in skillet brown on all sides. Cut potatoes into quarters cook in microwave intil done, add other vegetables into crock pot. Add stew seasonings Cook and add other seasonings to taste,

    i think soup needs onion carrot celery and beef stock add whatever else you want keep the sodium down i like my seasoning not a packet garlic parsley pepper - 9/23/09
