Herby crushed broad (fava) beans

Ingredients
400g broad (fava) beans1/2 cup (or good handful) of each parsley, basil, chives, chopped2 cloves garlic
Directions
Simmer the beans in salted water for about 3 minutes, then drain and, when cool enough, slip them from their skins. Combine the beans, garlic, herbs, olive oil and seasonings to taste with 1 tablespoon water in a food processor and process until a rough paste forms.
