Ingredients
Steam and shred chicken breast and reserve water.Slice onion and put it reserved waterCut up all veggies and put in reserved water1/2 tsp tumeric1/4 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon black pepper1/2 teaspoon 1/4 teaspoon xanthan gumSteam rice seperately.Serve chicking over rice.
Directions
Steam chicken breast - set aside to cool. reserve water.
Shred chicken breast
Steam veggies
Add tumeric and spices to reserved water
Simmer 10 min.

Steam Rice seperately

Serve over steamed rice
