Curry Chicken and rice w/ artichoke hearts and mushrooms

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts2 boxes of rice a roni chicken flavored low sodium2 jars of marinated artichoke hearts2 jars of marniated mushrooms1 cup of finely diced celery6 tbsp of mayo (lite will do)1 tbsp of curry powdersalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Make rice a roni according to instructions. boil chicken breast till they are cooked through then in a bowl filled with cold water shred. dice up mushrooms about 1/4 inch chunks do the same to the artichoke hearts. dice up celery very fine. once the rice is done add all the ingredients and chill. can be eaten warm but i myself prefer cold. serving size is about one cup
