1/2 lb. ground beef, browned and drained1 1/2 cup skim milk1/2 cup flour1 Tbsp. canola oilsalt and pepper to taste
Brown ground beef in strainer in microwave allowing fat to drain into a microwave safe bowl.
Place oil and flour in cast iron frying pan over medium heat. Gradually add milk to make gravy.
Add browned meat. Stir until slightly thickened. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve over toast.
Makes 3 generous 1 1/4 cup servings.
