Cali's Light Potato & Leek Soup

Ingredients
You will need:...4 Leeks-sliced only a little into the light green part350g or 2 medium,White Potatoes-cut into medium sized cubes4 Cups/1 Ltr Chicken Stock/Broth1/2 tsp Aromat-All Purpose seasoning1 tsp Garlic Powder1/2 tsp Paprika1/4 tsp Coarse Ground Black Pepper3/4 Cup/180 ml Skimmed Milk 0.1%1 tsp Sunflower Oil1 tbsp Snipped Fresh Chives
Directions
1. In a saucepan,heat the uil and add the chopped leeks and potatoes and saute for about 8 mins until potatoes look golden.

2. Pour over stock/broth.

3. Add the Aromat,pepper,paprika and garlic powder-stir.

4. Bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes.

5. Stir in the milk and heat for 3 minutes.

6. Serve 1 cup per person with a 1/4 of the chives snipped on top.

Yield 4 Cups,1 Cup per serving.
