No Sugar Added Zucchini Bread

1 1/2 cups Whole Wheat Flour1 1/2 cups All Purpose Flour2 t Cinnamon1 t Nutmeg1 t Baking Soda1/2 t Baking Powder1/2 t Salt2 cups Grated Zucchini1 1/4 cups Splenda2 Large Eggs1/2 cup Unsweetended Applesauce1/2 t Lemon Zest
Combine first six ingredients.
In another bowl combine remaining ingredients. Mixing well.
Add dry ingredients to Zucchini mixture. Stirring until just combined. Be careful to not over mix.
Divide batter into two 8 x 4 greased loaf pans.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
Cool for 10 minutes, remove from pans.
