*Summer Squash, 4 medium Onions, raw, 131 grams Chicken Broth, 2 fl oz Garlic, 2 cloves
Directions
dice onion & garlic let set 5 min. saute onion in chicken broth in a closed pan for 2 minutes, add squash 1/2 " dice saute for 5 minutes, adding garlic for the last 2 minutes, add pepper, lemon juice and fresh basil leaves, olive oil if you need the calories, serves 6
