Savory Sausage and Herb Pudding Wolfgang Puck

Ingredients
1 lb Ground Pork Sausage1/4 cup onions diced8 cups bread cubed and dried out1 Tbs Parmesan Cheese1 Tbs sage1 tsp rosemary1 Tbs parsley2 cups almond milk 1 cup egg beaters1 tsp salt1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions
Allow bread to dry out the night before or toast. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a saute pan over medium heat brown pork sausage and onion. Allow to cook for 1 minute. Set aside. In medium bowl mix bread, parmesan cheese, sage, rosemary, and parsley. Set aside. In another bowl combine almond milk and egg beaters. Make sure eggs are well mixed. Add sausage and onion mixture to bread and mix. Incorporate milk and egg mixture mixture thoroughly until bread is soaked. Season with salt and pepper. Place in a 9 x 9 inch baking dish. Place in oven and cook for 35 minutes until golden brown.
