Quinoa with Green Peas

Ingredients
1 c quinoa2 c water1/2 c peas2 dashes each of salt, cumin, and corrianderolive oil2-3 scallions (sauteed)
Directions
Saute onions in olive oil.
When they begin to brown, add water,quinoa, salt, cumin and corriander.
Bring to a boil and turn down to a simmer.
Add peas.
Cook until water cooks out.
