Banana Oat Muffins

Ingredients
2 Cups Cheerios cereal1 1/4 cups Gold Medal All-purpose Flour1/3 cup packed brown sugar1 tsp baking powder3/4 tsp baking soda1 cup mashed very ripe bananas (2 to 3 Medium)2/3 cup skim milk3 tblsp canola oil1 egg white
Directions
Makes 12 regular size muffins.
Heat oven to 400. Spray muffin cups with cooking spray, or grease bottoms only of muffin cups.
Crush cereal. Stir together cereal, flour, brown sugar, baking powder and baking soda. Stir in remaining ingredients just until moistened. Divide batter evenly among muffin cups.

Bake 18 to 22 minutes or untll golden brown.
