Beef Pepper Steak

Ingredients
2 T oil1 lb thin round steak1 large onion2 green peppers1 cup cold water4 T soy sauce2 t sugar2 t garlic salt1 t pepper
Directions
Brown meat, add onion and pepper and cook till tender. Dissolve cornstarch in water and soy sauce. Add sugar, garlic salt & pepper. Pour in skillet. Stir till sauce is thickened and clear. Serve over rice.
