Ingredients
2 cups non fat plain yogurt1/2 cup Vidalia onion grated1/2 tsp garlic powder1 tbsp EVOO1/8 tsp white wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar1 tbsp chopped chives1 tbsp parsley choppedSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, cover and refrigerate for few hours, serve with whole wheat crackers or baked chips. Makes 16, 1 oz servings
