# Continetal Chilli Con Carne Meal Base# Olive Oil, 1 1tsp # Onions, raw, 1 medium # Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) # Ground beef, lean, 500 grams # White Rice, medium grain, 1 cup# Beans, red kidney, 400 grams# Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 cup, chopped or sliced
Brown onion and mince. Add all ingredients except rice. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
In the mean time boil rice.
Once ready, add rice to mince mixture.
