GF Vegan pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup Bob's Red Mill GF All Purpose Baking Flour2 Tbsp Baking Powder3/4 tsp Xantam Gum1/4 tsp salt1 Tbsp Agave Nectar1 cup less 1 Tbsp Rice Milk2 Tbsp Canola Oil
Directions
Makes approx. 12 3-inch pancakes, about 4 servings.

Whisk dry ingredients together

Put Agave Nectar in measuring cup and add rice milk to the 1 cup line. Mix in Oil. Pour into dry ingredients and mix until smooth.

Cook on heated griddle and serve hot.
