Spicy Noodle Salad

Ingredients
1/3 cup granulated sugar1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce4 T red wine vinegar2 T olive oil3 T toasted dark sesame oil2 T Chili Garlic Sauce (usually found in the Asian section of your supermarket)1 medium red bell pepper1 medium green bell pepper1 bunch scallions1 pound spaghetti
Directions
Cook spaghetti according to package directions.

While spaghetti is cooking, slice the red and green peppers into thin strips. Chop the scallions on a diagonal for the green parts then chop finer when you get down to the white part. Put into a large bowl.

When spaghetti is done, drain well and pour over veggies.

Whisk together sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, olive oil, sesame oil. and chili garlic sauce unti well combined.

Pour over spaghetti and using tongs or a pasta server, mix together well.

This salad tastes best if it is made several hours ahead or even better, overnight and then is served at room temperature.

8 servings, depending on how much you like pasta ;-)
