2 lbs ground chuck30 oz chili beans30 oz diced tomatoes24 oz tomato paste2 green peppers1 lg onionChili powder, salt and pepper to taste
Chop onions and peppers and saute them in oil until soft and brown. Add meat and brown. Add rest of ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 35-45 minutes.
