Directions
Well, you're supposed to use 1 lb. of noodles; 12 ounces is only 3/4 lb, but most packages of pasta come in 12 ounce. We can make due; it only means more sauce! ^_^So, Ingredients: 12 oz. Linguine or Fettuccine1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese1/2 cup heavy cream (8 tbsp)Pepper to taste
1. Put a large pot of water on to boil for the pasta. 2. Put the cheese and cream in a saucepan and melt together. Season with pepper.
3. While the cheese melts into sauce, cook the pasta al dente. If the sauce seems too strong for you, lighten the taste with butter and more heavy cream.
4. Drain the pasta and toss with the sauce. Tilt it all into a serving dish.
5. Sprinkle with parsley and extra crumbled blue cheese, if you like, for looks.
