Reindeer Sausage Soup

Ingredients
8 Cups of Beef Broth1 tsp thyme1 1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce1 Bay Leave1 medium size cabbage, coursley shredded2 large onions, thinly sliced3 large carrots, sliced1 cup green beans1/2 cup green peas3 large potatoes, cubed1 celery stalk, sliced1 pound reindeer sausage
Directions
* Place thyme, salt, hot pepper sauce and bay leave in a large pan. Pour in beef stock and bring to boil.
* Add cabbage, onions, carrots, beans, peas, potatoes, and celery. Bring back to boil.
* Reduce heat and simmer 40 minutes. Add sausage and simmer 15 to 20 minutes more.
