Banana Bread Gluten Free Sugar Free

Ingredients
Domata Living Flour, 2 cup Baking Powder, 1.5 tsp Baking Soda, .5 tsp Salt, .25 tsp Cinnamon, ground, .5 tspNutmeg, ground, .25 tsp Safflower Oil, oleic, .5 cup Liquid Stevia, 4 serving Egg, fresh, 2 large Banana, fresh, 3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350, coat bread pan with safflower oil. Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl. In another bowl mash banana's (ripe banana's make the bread sweeter). Add eggs, liquid stevia and oil to banana. Mix well. Combine dry mix and banana mix, stir well. Spoon batter into oiled bread pan. Bake for 60 minutes. Allow bread to cool completely before removing from pan and slicing.
