Bisquick Cheeseburger Bake

Ingredients
1 lb. Ground Turkey (or Beef)3/4 c. Chopped Onion1 can Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup1 c. Frozen Mixed Vegetables1/4 c. Nonfat Milk (or milk of your choice)2 c. Bisquick (calculated with Original)3/4 c. Water1 c. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
1.Heat oven to 400°F. Spray rectangular baking dish, (13x9x2 inches) with cooking spray . Cook ground turkey and onion in 10-inch skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until done. Drain if neccesary. Stir in soup, vegetables and milk.

2.Stir Bisquick mix and water in baking dish until moistened; spread evenly. Spread beef mixture over batter. Sprinkle with cheese.

3.Bake 30 minutes.

Makes 8 Servings.
