Carolina BBQ Pork in slow cooker

One 2.25 pound boneless pork loin roastOne stick butter, saltedOne 16 ounce bottle apple cider vinegarCrushed Red Pepper Flakes (minimum 2 Tbsp.)Fresh Ground Pepper
Place pork roast in crock pot.
Chop butter into chunks and place chunks on and around the pork roast.
Pour entire 16 ounce bottle of Apple Cider Vinegar over roast.
Cover roast with a dusting of black pepper, and then the same with Red Pepper Flakes (at least 2 Tbsp., more if you want it spicier).
Turn Crock Pot on LOW for 8 hours.
My husband likes to eat this alone, or you can shred in crockpot and serve on buns or texas toast.
