Beans n' Corn

Ingredients
I small can of black beansI small can of mushroom pieces1 small can of sweet corn1 large can of chunky tomatoes1 large Onion 2 tbsp Olive Oil1 tsp salt (to taste)1 tsp pepper (to taste)1 large bay leaf or 1 tsp bay leaf flakes1 tblsp garlic paste1 tsp Lea & Perrins Sauce1 tsp tabasco sauce (optional) more if you like it hotter.
Directions
Chop up your Onion and throw into a Large Stewing Pot with the Olive Oil, cook until onions are done, throw everything else in and cook on high for 3 mins. stir, turn heat down and cover continuing to cook on low heat until all juices are evaporated, keep stirring occasionally .

Can be served on a bed of Rice or Spaghetti or on Toast!
