Sausage and Cheese Breakfast Bake- South beach Phase 1

Ingredients
4oz reduce fat Pork sausage1 bag frozen tri-colored peppers & onion blend.4c liquid Egg Whites1c 2% cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
Preheat oven to350*F. Coat baking pan with non-stick spray.

In a medium nonstick skillet over med-high heat, cook the sausage, peppers and onion for 5 minutes, or until sausage is no longer pink. Drain any excess fat. Spoon mixture into a bowl and cool slightly. Mix in the eggs. Poor mixture into prepared pan. Sprinkle with the cheese.

Bake 20-25 minutes, or until set.
