Ingredients
1 lb beef chuck roast1 can beef broth1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup2 cans water1/2 to 3/4 bag of baby carrots3 potatoes, cut into pieces1/2 medium onion, choppedWorcestershire sauce (to taste)Chopped Celery (optional)
Directions
Add meat to crock pot. Add broth, mushroom soup, and 2 cans water. Add carrots, cut potatoes and onions. Worcestershire sauce to taste. Cook all day if possible.
