Veggie Cream Cheese Spread

Ingredients
1 eight ounce container of whipped cream cheese1/2 cup of diced celery1/2 cup of diced carrots1/4 cup of diced scallions1 TBSP of dehydrated minced garlic
Directions
In a large bowl, add diced veggies and garlic (i prefer to use dehydrated minced garlic because it grabs water from the veggies and keeps the cream cheese's consistency thick and spreadable). Fold in the whipped cream cheese and stir until the veggies are mixed in evenly. The veggie cream cheese spread should just barely fit back in the container (the veggies replaced the air that was whipped in to make it soft). Will last 3-5 days in the refrigerator.
