Directions
One Tilapia Filet, or other white fish filet, about 4 oz.1/4 cup Salsa Verde, or salsa of choice1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (or your choice)
Prepare baking dish or tray of toaster over with Pam cooking spray.
Arrange fish filet on tray and cover with salsa. Cook at 325degrees for 10 minutes for thawed filet, 15 for frozen.
Sprinkle top of fish with cheese and continue cooking until cheese melts.
