Easy Veggie Pita

Ingredients
1 whole wheat pita (6 1/2 in diameter)2 leafs romaine lettuce1 medium to large zucchini, cut into thin strips1/2 cup sliced onion1 tbs Olive oilHerbs and seasonings as desired
Directions
Heat oil in a skillet. Add zucchini and onion, cook until onion is translucent.

Cut pita in half. Place one leaf of lettuce into each pita half with the zucchini and onion mixture.

Makes 2 servings.
