Banana peanut butter coconut muffins

Ingredients
2 cups whole wheat pastry flour4 tbsp. ground flax seeds2 tbsp. ground chia seeds1/4 cup whole oats, ground1/2 cup shredded, unsweetened coconut1 tsp. baking soda2 tsp. baking powder1 tsp. salt4 very ripe bananas4 tbsp. natural peanut butter4 tbsp. honey4 tbsp. canola oil or other neutral oil1/2 cup milk1/2 cup water1-2 tsp. vanilla
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Grind chia and oats (and flax seeds if unground) and add to flour. Mix in salt, baking soda and baking powder. Mix in coconut. In a separate bowl, mash bananas and mix in oil, peanut butter, honey, vanilla, milk and water. Mix wet and dry ingredients and fill 18 regular size muffin cups (spray or oil lightly, use paper muffin cups or nonstick tin). Bake at 350 for approximately 35 minutes or until done.
