Slow Cook Provencal Chicken Supper

Ingredients
4 (6 oz) skinned chicken breast halves2 teaspoons dried basil1/8 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon pepper1 cup diced yellow bell pepper1 (16-oz) can cannellini beans or other white beans, rinsed and drained1 (14.5-oz) can pasta-style tomoatoes, undrained
Directions
Place the chicken in an electric slow cooker; sprinkle with basil, salt & black pepper. Add the bell pepper, beans and tomatoes. Cover with lid; cook on low-heat setting for 8 hours.

Yields 4 servings (serving size: 1 chicken breast & 1 cup bean mixture)
